GemX Swap is built to work without accounts. This policy explains the little data we do process, why we process it and the choices you have.
In short
- No sign-up — we do not collect names, emails or IDs to compare offers.
- Wallet addresses are entered on the provider's site, never on ours.
- We keep only technical data needed to run and protect the service.
Data we process
When you use the calculator we process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pairs and amounts you compare. We use it to deliver quotes, count visits and protect the service from abuse.
If you contact us through the partner form, we process the details you submit (company, website, email, contact person and message) to reply to your request.
Storage on your device
We store your language and color theme preferences in your browser. They never leave your device and contain no personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.
Sharing with providers
When you continue to a Provider, you leave GemX Swap. The Provider's own privacy policy applies to everything you enter on its site. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing.
Retention
Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Partner requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the partnership discussion.
