- We compare offers — the exchange is performed by the provider you choose.
- We never hold, custody or control your funds.
- KYC requirements come from each provider and are shown before you exchange.
Introduction
By accessing or using GemX Swap (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.1 Who we are
GemX Swap is an information and comparison service. It is not a crypto exchange, broker or custodian.
Definitions
- Provider
- An independent third-party exchange service listed on GemX Swap.
- Offer
- A quote from a Provider, including the rate and final payout.
- Final payout
- The amount you receive after all Provider and network fees.
Our service
To use the Service you confirm that:
- 1You are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use crypto exchange services in your country.
- 2You provide a correct receiving wallet address and select the correct network.
- 3You understand that crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
- 4You will complete each exchange on the Provider's website under the Provider's own terms.
Exchange providers
Offers, rates, limits and KYC policies are set by each Provider. We display them as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee their availability at the moment you exchange.
Fees and rates
GemX Swap is free to use. Payouts shown already include Provider and network fees. Rates may change until the Provider confirms your exchange.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses you enter and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
GemX Swap is not liable for losses caused by Providers, blockchain networks or incorrect details you submit. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance.
